This website is an attempt to share stories from my life with pictures. Communication can be difficult, but pictures help me tell my story. Learning my brain works differently is helping me adapt to communicating my thoughts better.

“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by.
If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.”
– Marcus Aurelius
Living in Las Vegas means fun entertainment and dining options
When we moved to Las Vegas in 2010, we had no idea what life would bring next. Quickly, we learned that the city is almost two worlds: the tourist corridors and the locals neighborhoods. We live in houses, townhomes, and apartments not casinos. Our kids attend school and we learn to count higher than 21.
The following pages are collections of pictures from downtown Las Vegas, the Strip, local attractions and pictures from the everyday.
Scouting adventures take me to fun places and nearby adventures!
Much of my time is spent volunteering with scouting organizations. In addition to helping youth become better leaders of the future, I get the chance to visit some interesting places. Here are some of those places I have visited thanks to scouting:
Aquarium hobby returned during the pandemic
In middle school, I had two ten gallon aquariums. I had an assortment of fish including neon tetras, leopard and zebra danios, and upside-down catfish. During the pandemic, my son returned from college with a beta fish in tow. Two fish tanks later, my hobby has returned. I have a ten-gallon aquarium in an upstairs craft room and a 20-gallon tank in the dining room.
Wait I still have more pictures to post!
These pictures are from life beyond Las Vegas! Spring Break 2021 was a trip to Georgia with a day trip to Tennessee. I celebrated my birthday and enjoyed some 2022 summer fun in Georgia.
